Malcolm Owens is CEO of a major Australian company, and has a wealth of strategic brand development and growth planning experience. He has a 25-year track record of success in high-profile firms, with senior marketing roles at Black & Decker, adidas, Nike and Sampford IXL. Malcolm holds a BBus and GradDipMarketing, has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Mt Eliza Business School, and is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute. He is passionate about the pursuit of success in life, business and wealth creation, and believes in finding balance along the way. He also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a fleet of self-restored classic cars. He lives in Melbourne with his wife,
Joanne, and their three children.

Adam Finlay is a writer, editor and communications advisor at Writefish Communications. He has a masters degree in communications, excels at content architecture and strategy, and is an Institute of Professional Editors (IPEd) Accredited Editor (AE).
